Hubby, dog and I spent 33 days on the road through 17 states. We had two campgrounds that stood out for us, both members of Passport America. One was Tombstone Territories! This is a place that I would spend the winter in Arizona at! Beautiful scenery. Well laid out sties, all good sized, and the facilities were over the top! The person who built this overbuilt with class and amenities, and campers really benefit from it. I will return!
We are ending a 5 week stay here at Tombstone Territories RV Resort, during which time we up-sized to a new 5th wheel bought in Tucson. Our May/June visit has been delightful! The resort is quiet (albeit summer months-fine with us) with virtually no road or railroad noise. The scenery is spectacular, with 360 degrees of mountain views, and the sites are very spacious, well maintained and all pull throughs. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The first day back with the new trailer we had a major mechanical failure (hydraulics failed) and a serious mishap (my doing) at the same time, that presented a serious emergency. Two fellas on staff immediately came over to assist. One was electrically savvy and with the guidance of a tech from the dealership over the phone, we temporarily resolved the issue until I could get back for warranty service the next day. Kudos to both men, and a very sympathetic and caring rest-of-the-staff. We can't say enough about Tombstone Territories RV Resort and the fine folks that work here. Danny and Susan Hoehne
