Predominantly 55+ park. PA valid November 1st thru March 31st. PA is valid for 3 days max. Reservations and drive-ups are welcome. No smoking. Credit cards accepted. Pets welcome. Dogs over 40lbs not allowed. Dog breed restrictions apply. Ask at the time of reservation. *PLUS 10% TAX. Rate based on availablity.

ATTENTION: If using GPS use 2085 W Hwy 277 and do not go E on 277, go west. From Holbrook take Hwy 77, go west on 277 to Snowflake. Park is approx 2 miles west of 277/77 intersection, on south side of the road, just before Hillcrest Dr.

Comfortable size setting, outlines with trees. Large lodge with exercise equipment, pool table, ping pong, card tables. Laundry mat, lobby, games & puzzles. Park is located immediately next to large 27 hole municipal Golf Course.

Pot Lucks, Card games, swimming, golfing and coffee hour.

Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, Fishing and Historical Mormon sites and homes. 2.5 hours to the Grand Canyon.

March 26, 2016 Well maintained. Small, but handy. Has nice amenities; Club house, laundry. There is a new owner and the managers of 13 years are retiring in a month. Will have to see how new managers/owners do. Traveling with friends in another rig. We all would stay here again.

Nice quiet campground. Many seasonal, but park is well maintained and the staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.
