Open year-round! 55+ Park. P.A. discount is valid for 2 nights only, once every six months. Advance reservations required. Credit cards accepted. Pets welcome, 1 dog no taller than 14" or 1 cat. No farm animals or vicious dogs.

Directions

Located 1 mile from Carmichael and 20 miles from Sacramento. From Hwy 80 East or West: Take the Greenback Lane Exit and follow it to Auburn Blvd. Turn right on Auburn Blvd and drive approximately 3 tenths of a mile. It will be on your right. The entrance is alongside United Auto Body.
