From I-75, get off at SR 54. Go east to Morrisbridge Rd & make a right. Go to Chancey Rd & make a left. About 4 miles down Chancey Rd. We are located on the left. From I-4, get off at Plant City (Rt. 39 Exit). Go north on 39 to Chancey Rd. Make a left. Go across 301. Entrance is located on the right.

Enjoy peaceful Zephyrhills while staying at Settler’s Rest RV Community. Located in Central Florida between Tampa and Orlando. We are an active 55+ RV Community to our long term residents, but offer short term stays for all ages. We offer grassy and paved RV sites for RVs up to 45'. Catch up on some R&R under the Florida sun, or challenge your neighbors and friends to a friendly game of billiards, horseshoes, or shuffleboard.

We offer a full calendar of events starting in November and going until early April such as bingo, potlucks and so much more.
