Located 8 miles from Hazlehurst and 5 miles from Uvalda. From Uvalda (the north), go 5 miles south on US 221, park sign is on the right, but turn left on Uvalda Landing Road. Then, turn left immediately into park entrance. Look for signs to Office/Heritage Center. From Hazlehurst (the south) go 8 miles north on US 221, look for sign on the right, and turn right onto Uvalda Landing Road. Then, take an immediate left and follow campground signs to the Office/Heritage Center. After 5PM, blow horn at the gate of campground, and the park host will open gate.

We camped at Towns Bluff during the Labor Day week-end. This facility is great, staff very helpful and friendly. Is very close to river and has a boat ramp. The only problem with our week-end was that it was 100 degrees....
