From I-20, take Exit 172 and go north 17 miles to Aonia Community to Aonia Rd on right. Follow Aonia Road to 316 on the right.

Aonia Community is only 10 miles from Washington Square with over 100 antebellum homes, museums, old plantations, and southern charm. Near to Lake Murray and nearby boating and fishing. Near National BMX Track Aonia Pass.

Very quiet simple park with laundry machines available. We camped here for 1 week. Was able to star gaze being so far from town of Washington. Camped here in July and had to stay inside 100 plus degrees the whole week. I would stay here again but not in the summer (to hot). Friendly residents were very helpful. Call in advance. Mangers work at other jobs and may not get back until the next evening. We stayed in a 33ft class C with a full slide.

Stayed only one night. Came in early and was greeted by the owner with a smile. A small but very quiet campground located on a less traveled good two lane road. Would not hesitate to book again. Thanx Donna
