I-65 Exit 6 turn towards Franklin (West on 100). We share an entrance with "One9 Truckstop" on left. Turn in at truckstop, make an immediate right, then a quick left onto the road next to One9. Park is at end of road.
Quiet park 1/4 mile from I-65 surrounded by hay fields. Larger pull through sites up to 120! Gravel sites with grass in between.
Corvette Museum, Antique Shops, Bingo, Flea Market, The Mint Horse Racing/Gambling, Canoeing, Kayaking, caves & Amish Community & Market. 40 mins to Nashville, TN.
Nice place, level sites and helpful staff. Easy check in and not too much highway noise.
Nice place. Level sites and staff was exceptional. Went above and beyond in customer service.
It's not a resort, but they have level gravel sites, some recreational activities (pool, basketball court, etc.), decent utilities and friendly folks. There is wifi, but it's an extra fee. It's located behind a busy truck stop area, but once you're in the park, you don't notice the noise as much. It's probably a quarter mile from the freeway. Location is also convenient for downtown Franklin.
Really like Dad's Bluegrass Campground! Beautiful clean grounds. Restrooms, pool, showers, laundry room were immaculate! Owners are super nice and helpful! I would absolutely stay here again!!
On a recent trip from Alabama to Indiana found that Dad's Bluegrass Campground was just about the half way point. I booked for one night on the way to Indiana and one night on the journey back. Found this facility to be very accommodating and well worth the price 18.50 with PA membership. Saved 36.00. Very happy with PA and Dad's CG. My membership has just about paid for it self. Thanx. A Happy Camper I am.
