Located in a valley surrounded by mountains. 34 total RV sites, can accommodate RVs up to 40ft. Shaded sites, 30/50 amp service, full hookups, partial hookups, pull thrus, large campsites, water, sewer, WiFi, restrooms, showers, swimming pool, fire rings, playground, store, ice, basketball, fishing pond, hiking, tether ball, corn hole, horseshoes, nature watching. Rental accommodations/cabins and tent camping.

Important Campground Notes

PA discount is not valid June, July, August, October, and all weekends, holidays or special events (please call for details). PA discount is valid Sun thru Tuesday nights only. PA is valid for one night max. PA not valid on the 3 sites with 50amp and all primitive sites. Weekly rates are already discounted. Pets are welcome. Owners must keep dogs on leash and clean up after them. Cash only. *Rates are based on two people, $3 per extra person. Use of A/C is $4.00 additional per day.

Directions

Located 120 miles North of Atlanta, GA and 70 miles South of Asheville, NC. Take Hwy 441 to Sanderstown Road, take a left onto 28 and just over the bridge take a right onto Bennett Rd. Take a right onto Rose Creek Rd then bare left onto Lyle Downs Rd. Turn left onto Terrace Ridge Dr and bare left at bottom of the hill.
