Located 5 miles from Smithfield. Traveling north on I-95: Follow I-95 to exit 90. At the end of the ramp turn left. You will go 100 ft and come to a stop sign. Turn left and go up over I-95, turn left at flashing light and keep to the right. Drive 200 Yards and you will find us on the right. Traveling south on I-95: Follow I-95 to exit 90. As you are coming off on the exit ramp look for the break in the islands and turn left onto hwy 301 south. Drive 200 yards and you will find us on your right.

Overnight stop. Nice staff gave us drive-through site 23. Easy in and out. One bathroom was available that was a converted motel room. Train tracks nearby was made obvious at 3:30 Am and a commuter at 6:30. They sell eggs. Nice full service.

We stopped over to take a rest for few days bc we are permanent rv'ers (full time). it was quiet, friendly, clean and th spots were pretty big. I give a big thumbs up. Thanks for letting us stay in grandma site #17. it was an honor.
