Pet friendly, lots of room to walk your dog on a leash, just remember to clean up after your pet and do not leave them outside unattended. We cannot accommodate Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, or any aggressive pet. *Rates are based on two people, $2.00 per day additional charge for each extra person. $3.00 add'l electric surcharge per day.

Turn west (left) on Gile St and go two (2) blocks. Turn right on Freeman Ave. one (1) block. From Rockport: Go South on Business 35 to the northeast edge of Aransas Pass. Turn west (right) on Gile Street and go two (2) blocks. Turn right on Freeman Ave. and go one (1) block.

Centrally located between Rockport (12 mi), Corpus Christi (26 mi), Port Aransas (9 mi). Pier Fishing and Boat Ramp within 1/2 mile. Kayaking just minutes away.

It's mostly a mobile home park with 17 RV sites that are in a tight parking lot style. All sites are back-in and are reasonably level. Utilities work reasonably well (in my case the sewer connector was broken) and there is a decent wifi signal. The best part is that the park is in a good location away from traffic and equidistant to Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. They also have a number of community activities to offer. When I was there they had a music jam session going on. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
