Located 7 miles from Victoria and 134 miles from Houston. From Houston: Stay on Highway 59 heading S. Stay R on Hwy 59 at Goliad/Laredo Exit. After 3 miles do a u-turn at FR 446 to change directions on split highway. Park entrance is first R after making u-turn.

Located 10 miles from Coleto Reservoir and 84.3 miles from Texas State Aquarium.

Came here intending only to pass through but loved it so much we ended up staying a couple months. Very nice staff and the owners are great. 24 hour laundry access, mail boxes and propane available too. Plenty of space to walk around with mature Oak trees and a duck pond in the back (they have duck food in the clubhouse and the ducks will eat from your hand).
