From southbound US 77 highway take exit FM 802 (Rueben Torres) go east to Coffee Rd. (formerly Coffee Port Rd.) Turn right on Coffee Rd. (note this turns into Jaime Zapata Rd. after Old Port Isabel Rd. ) Turn right on Tangerine Blvd. Enter #000 on the box at the gate which will call the office.

Palm Resaca Park is an adult leisure park for individuals ages 55 and over with no pets. We are located in historical Brownsville. We have many Winter Texans joining us from the United States and Canada.

We are a very active park with dances, shuffleboard, cards, pool table, ping pong table, pickleball courts, breakfasts, patio socials and create time.

Golfing nearby, birding center and South Padre Island just minutes away. Shopping and historical sites close by and many restaurants too.
