We stayed at Whistle Stop Campground in Marshall, Wisconsin this past summer on a trip from Massachusetts to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We planned on staying for just a couple days, but it was so lovely that we stayed almost a week! The campground was super clean and well maintained. The sites were level & spacious with full hook ups, tables and fire pits. Whistle Stop had a great little man made lake & beach with inflatables and lounge chairs. We don't have kids, but enjoyed sitting by the water, reading & people watching. There was a little train that ran around the perimeter of the park and went back to an amusement park. It was run to watch the train and wave to the people riding. The sunsets were fabulous! Passport America made it easy to book & affordable. We would definitely make Whistle Stop our stop every time we are in Wisconsin.
