Love this resort! We decided to try a seasonal. Owners are always trying to make your stay enjoyable. Always clean! Nice little pool that is hardly used… during the week it’s me only… it’s great! Yes, the wifi and cell service are spotty but the owners are working on that, there’s only so much you can do and besides you’re camping! Plenty of things to do with 20 minutes in any direction.
We stayed there about a month ago on our way around the USA. We only stayed 1 night but from the time we checked in and left we were welcomed by the nicest hostess we have ever met. I didn't catch her name but she made our stay the best ever. The park is the nicest one we have stayed in on our journey around the States. Thank you for your wonderful park and cheerful hostess!
We stayed here for an overnight on our travels. They have a short walk to some swimming docks on the south Fork of the Umpqua river. It was quiet overall, and we enjoyed our stay.
Nice park. Served our purpose of an overnight stay. Full hookup close to the famous Big Texan steakhouse restaurant. Cute donkey and llama.
We had a very nice overnight at this campground. We had a pull through spot. The bathrooms were clean and the campground quiet. We did not hear the road noise. noise. There’s the lovely South Fork of the Umpqua river at the back of this campground. You can walk to some swimming docks. Lots of families were enjoying the river on this 107 degree day.
Just left the park after our overnight stay. We had a great stay! Park hosts and residents we encountered were all kind. Enjoyed our quick stay.
Spent a week here last spring. Awesome place to use a a base camp. Extremely clean and staff is amazing. Highly recommend.
We needed a place for a couple of night and this is awesome. Beautiful snuggle back in the mountains. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place.
Great little park with its own pond, and the kids who own it (or run it or both), so accommodating! I really appreciate them so very much! It's also a Passport America park which makes such a great little RV park that much better for those of us who have to keep an ion are spending. I really appreciate them very much. I got 2 peaceful nights off the road and rode my ebike to a couple of produce stands and around Oaktown, it's all close by! What a great time! Oh, and if you want some excellent all you can eat food served pretty much buffet style, ( And I believe they cook pretty much all of it themselves!) Try McKinley Orchards Restaurant on Old US Highway 41, amazing, and maybe a mile away? Such great people and service! $20 bill gets you all you can eat on the dinner, fresh rolls, desserts, and all the lemonade I could drink and then some! So many reasons to give you to spend a little time at this quaint little park. And let me know if you find the swing that overlooks the pond, what a view! A huge shout out and heartfelt thank you to both of you for this much needed break. ???? And one more thing, they have propane here as well, the best price I've paid on having my rig topped in quite a long time. Stop in!
Amazing! Fresh look, new amenities, great staff, fantastic location.
I stayed for five days here and the owner was fantastic. Beautiful setting and very quiet. This is a very low key campground with easy access to Lander which is a great town. I will stay here again.
Great place. Rhonda is awesome!
I can't say enough about this campground, the sites are large on concrete, water pressure was fine as well as electrical and sewer. The large pool aera has a lazy river a pool side bar and food shack, on the far end of the campground is a bar and restaurant on a small lake. The grounds are perfect for walking. The store is well maintained with all that might be needed and then some, this will definitely be a repeat.
This campground is on the small side (number of sites) so make reservations well ahead. The staff were very nice and helpful. The sites are very clean, and spacious, Water pressure is fine as is the sewer and electric. We will defiantly stay again and highly recommend a stay.
This campground is small BUT very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. The sites are plenty big and level, water pressure was fine. The store is well stocked with all the basics and then some. Would I stay there again, yes without a doubt.
Elm Creek RV Park is just awesome. A quiet and cozy place with all the amenities you need: free internet, spotless bathrooms, hot showers, and even laundry facilities. The best part is they're pet-friendly, so our furry friends had a blast too. And the property manager Sofia... a star! Made our stay unforgettable. 100% recommended. We'll definitely be back!
It's small and older, definitely not a resort. The people that run it are friendly and helpful. it is a basic RV park, quiet and clean.
Nice Place, Nice people, Nice Pool, Hot tub not working, very clean place. we can fish. WILL COME BACK? YES!!!!
This has been a great place to stay! Very personal service from Crystal, level and easy to enter and exit sites with good space between, full hook-up easy to reach. About eight miles north of Alamagorda, but the benefit of quiet and scenic surroundings was worth it! Thank you, Crystal! We travel in a 30’ Class A with a flat tow.
All 16 sites are pull-thrus, full hookups, grass between the long level gravel pads, gravel road in good condition. Large shade trees on most sites, I-40 visible from the sites but absolutely no noise you can sleep with the windows open. Easy access to I-40 both east bound and west bound
